30 Days of Night

Anyone else looking forward to this movie as much as I am? I love a good vampire flick and this one looks like it might deliver. The setting is Barrow, Alaska which is a town so far up north that the sun sets for 30 days, hence thirty days of night. Sounds like a great place for vampires to dwell to me! The following video is the red band trailer of the film, so if you’re a little squeamish you might want to close your eyes. If you’re not familiar with red band trailers, they are approved for a restricted audience as opposed to normal trailers which are approved for all audiences.

Way to scary for me. I think I’ll wait for it to come out on DVD then I can watch it in the daytime with my blankey and my bear. xD

i totally thought this movie came off with a strong anti-immigration message. it was a super-cool flick, but the movie got a little political about alluding that the vampires were illegal immigrants.
