I’ll admit I’m a bit of tornado junkie. If there’s a documentary about storm chasers on TV, there’s a good chance I’m watching. As frightening and violent as tornadoes are, I can’t help but find them fascinating.
I’ve watched a lot of incredible storm and tornado footage, but this one may be one of the most amazing I’ve seen. This was apparently an F2 tornado, which means it was packing winds anywhere between 113 and 157 miles per hour. It occurred just recently, somewhere in Alabama. Hopefully no one was seriously or fatally injured.

OMG! That’s amazing! And it crashed those two cars, what — 3 or 4 times?!! That’s one angry tornado.
LOL
Seriously, I find them fascinating, too. They are quite a sight to behold. I think it would be neat to actually see one up close like they do on those storm chaser shows, but only if I’m riding in the Mach 5 so I can get the hell out of Dodge!

LOL…I know, it just kept coming back for more ;D
I’d love to actually see one in person as well. The closest I’ve come to it is seeing a funnel cloud beginning to form while living in Houston. It never touched down though and eventually fell apart. I suppose that was a good thing.
