Me, a blogging star?
The very wonderful Tish of The Kat House has presented me with a great new award! The Blogging Star Award was created to recognize “bloggers who shine their light throughout the Blogosphere. Some do it with humor, others with creativity, and others with their kind and thoughtful natures.” According to Tish, that describes me :) In passing this award along, I thought I’d highlight people that I’ve known a bit longer than the rest, that have inspired and impressed me since I started taking this whole blogging thing a little more seriously.
- Christy of Christy’s Coffee Break - Christy is truly an excellent person. That’s apparent just from visiting her blog and reading the comments she leaves around the blogosphere. She shines just as much behind the scenes though through e-mail conversation, always willing to listen to me gripe about one thing or another and offer words of encouragement. She’s not only a great blogger, but a great friend as well.
- Mark of Me And My Drum - Mark is a great guy who as far as I’m concerned operates a blog the way it should be done. He welcomes new visitors with a virtual smile and always seem willing to offer a little help or advice if they ask for it. I’m honored to be able to call him a friend.
- Marzie of Mariuca - Wherever Marzie goes you can be sure she’s making someone smile with her super nice comments. Not only that but it’s very obvious that she truly cares about her blogging pals. I challenge you to find a kinder person in the blogosphere. There aren’t many that rival Marzie =)
- Polli of Polliwogs Pond - I know Polli has already received this award but that doesn’t matter. She deserves to receive it more than once. Polli is incredibly nice to everyone and has such a big heart. She has the ability to not only make you feel through her words but also make you laugh, thanks to her wonderful sense of humor. I’m lucky to have a friend like Polli.
I’ll leave up to these folks to pass this award along however they’d like :)

P.S. every time I come here, there is a google ad that says “your momma blogs” and it makes me laugh so hard! I don’t know why, it just does, my brain reads the ad in some big, scary, deep Italian man’s voice …. your momma blogs! LOL!
