If there are, that could potentially cause the shift with your sidebar. If that doesn't solve your problem, perhaps it just doesn't get along with your theme. I tried it out briefly on BlogsWeLuv by setting the number of ads to 4 and then dropping in the code for 4 ads. You can also go in and edit the CSS in the plugin's code to reduce the margins around the ad boxes, if you want less space between them. It's a really nice plugin :) @Bush: I’m pretty good at slacking with updating plugins as well.
