RSS readership beginning to rise
While the amount of folks subscribed to this blog fluctuates on a daily basis I’ve been extremely pleased to see a slow but growing audience for my Gummy webcomic. This graph below shows the RSS subscriptions over the past few weeks. In the last week and a half you can see the number of subscriptions really begin to pick up.
Sure there’s still the usual dips but check out the last three days. An increase on every day. Nice! Let’s hope that continues. Regardless if it does or not though, I think it just proves that if you stick to something you love to do there’s eventually going to be others that share that interest and find your site. Perhaps soon Gummymania will truly rule the blogosphere :D

Ummm on a scarier note, I just found out that yesterday one of my blogs was the blog of the day at Bloggerwave, ROFL. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry, lol.

Haha..nice. I guess supposedly Bloggerwave worked out things with Paypal, but I’m still not going to bother with them anymore. Still never did get paid for the one post I did. Of course I did delete it…lol. I’m pretty sure it had been up long enough though.
It’s almost time for me to paid by them so we shall see what happens. I tried to login and can’t remember what I changed my user name and password too…oh well.
I just added ordinary folk to my google home page so it will be easier to spy on you now, lol.
I also added your gummy widget to writer’s reviews too. The gummy baby is really cute!! I voted for Bloo, but all of the names would be cute for him. He would make a good stuffed toy!

It’s a nice feeling though to see a graph like that when going through your stats. Makes you actually feel like the hard work you put into a site is starting to pay off :)
I think I just spotted a glimpse of a Gummy-type alien outside my window. I don’t think I’ll get much sleep tonight. Anybody see the movie “Signs”?
But kudos to you and your success. Every once in a while my subscriptions creep up, but mine look like rolling hills compared to your steady incline (one step forward, two steps back, 5 forward, 2 steps back, etc.). I’m happy for you!

@Mark: That’s how it is with this site. Today it jumped back up by half a dozen readers. I’m sure tomorrow it will drop again :P
