How long ya been blogging?
A long time spanning many different websites, way back before it was even called blogging. Back in the olden days when things like WordPress and database driven websites didn’t even exist.
So what makes your blog so different?
Well, I don’t blog about making money which probably places me somewhere in the minority nowadays. I blog about little cartoon characters instead :D
What sort of goals do you have for blog(s)?
First and foremost I hope to make people smile with my little drawings and comics. It’s not much fun creating and posting them if no one enjoys them, so it makes me feel good knowing that folks do. Anything beyond that is just gravy. If I somehow become famous one day because of Gummy and make a bazillion dollars, cool beans. If not at least I’ll still be making people smile and making new friends as well.
What’s the most bizarre thing that’s ever happened to you?
The singer known as Tweet once fondled my hair in a seven eleven style gas station in Houston. Seriously. She emerged from a limo in the parking lot and entered the little store with some burly looking guy who just stood by the exit. When she saw me she oddly said “Do I look like Tweet??” and then said she liked my hair and asked if she could touch it. Before I could even give a yes or no answer she proceeded to fondle. This all happened around 1:30 in the morning. Very awkward moment.
Do you have a favorite memory from childhoold?
Sort of. I once built a parachute for my kitten from a paper shopping bag, three liter coke bottle and wire. I know, I know…that’s horrible. I agree. Kids do really stupid things sometimes and this was no exception. You can take comfort in knowing that it actually worked though! Kitty floated to the ground safely without a scratch. Plus I had a spotter below to catch kitty in case things didn’t go so well.
If you found yourself on an island stranded in the middle of nowhere, what are three things you’d want with you?
Can I choose three friends? Humans are things, right? Well if I couldn’t choose friends I’d say I’d probably choose internet access, a computer and my Wacom art tablet. Of course there would probably be no place to plug them in, so I’d be screwed =/

I’d take a computer, internet access, and my dogs. That is actually 4 things, but hey – what are the chances I’ll even get to take three things? ;)
What are the chances of even being stranded on a deserted island in the first place? ;P
You have a point, Mike! ;) So if the chances are slim anyway, we may as well take everything we want!
Oh my God Mike, could you possibly be any more entertaining! I love your answers, I can’t stop laughing over the cat in the parachute. I can just picture it, ROFL. And the singer who fondled your hair, lol, holy wow! That’s so bloody bizarre and cool at the same time. Thanks so much for participating, you’re awesome. :)

@Christy: Glad you got a kick out of the kitten parachute story :D I love kittens, honest… The Tweet thing probably will be without a doubt the most bizarre thing that will EVER happen to me. I couldn’t even say much of anything. I just stood there…blinking.
