A little link love – Week 21
Whoops I hadn’t even realized ten days passed since my last link love post. I wonder what’s been keeping me distracted lately? Hmmm ;) Ahh well, better late than never, right? This week I’m just going to highlight things happening on some of my buddies blogs, since they always have so much great stuff to consume.
- Getting a little antsy waiting for Halo 3? – My buddy Baron found this neat little 3D diorama of Halo 3 which lets do a virtual fly by of the battlefield and click on interactive items along the way.
- Stream media from Windows XP to your Xbox360 – My good pal Bush outlines how you can go about streaming your favorite videos from your PC to your Xbox360 using Media Player 11. Now if only Microsoft would upgrade the 360 to allow divx playback so you don’t have to transcode to WMV. I guess that’ll probably never happen though.
- Use BlogRush to boost your traffic – Tish and I were just talking about this last night and now I find Mark has mentioned it as well. If you’re looking for a way to drive a little targeted traffic to your site, this looks like an interesting avenue to pursue. It’s free, so why not? ;)
- Still haven’t done your In Cinq submission? – It’s been a while since I’ve mentioned Adria and her In Cinq project so I guess it’s about time I do so again. It really is a very cool little project and requires a minimal amount of effort on your part to participate, so why not give it a try? If I can do it, so can you :)

Thanks Mike! ;) I was telling Baron last night that there’s something else I thought looked interesting that we and others might want to look into. I’ll email ya.
Thanks for the mention buddy. Now … I wonder why you’re so distracted lately hmm. Haha.
Thanks for the mention Mike. That was a more…strenuous post to write, so I’m glad I’ve been getting positive feedback on it.
@Brown – Don’t you go starting trouble!
@Mark: You’re welcome, buddy! Looking forward to the e-mail :)
@Baron: You’re welcome! I wonder?? It’s a mystery to me ;P
@Bush: No prob, bud! It was a great post. I’m not all that thrilled about the transcoding part though…lol.
Thank you, Mike!
*hugs*
You’re welcome, Adria :)
