A little link love – Week sixteen

Gummy LoveI know I’m awfully late this week but it’s been so darn muggy here the past few days that I really haven’t had much motivation to do anything. I’m trying to get a lot more blogging done today even though it’s not any less muggy. At any rate just a few links this week since I haven’t gotten around the ’sphere so much thanks to that whole lack of motivation thing :/

  • Marketing to Children Online – It’s almost like Danielle is writing her series on marketing to children with me in mind..hehe. Since I of course have a web comic that has a lot of younger readers, I’m going to have to figure out how to market Gummy in the most ethical way possible. Danielle’s series is focusing on just that.
  • Google Cheat Sheet – Bucky over at the WVb found this pdf cheat sheet which gives you the lowdown on everything you may have ever wanted to know about Google. It even lists all the PR10 sites. I wouldn’t mind a backlink or three from a few of those.
  • Backup Solutions for Wordpress – If you’re new to Wordpress you may not know just how to go about backing up your blog and it’s database. Blog About Your Blog has put together a nice article teaching you how to go about it using a few different methods.
  • A smarter dofollow plugin – If you’ve ever wanted more control of your dofollow comments this is the plugin for you.

Thanks for the mention Mike! I will be continuing this series for the rest of the week… very interesting topic too.

That smarter dofollow plugin is very intriguing… I will have to check this out! :)

    I will be PR10 someday – someday – sigh….

    Thanks for the link!

PR10 would be nice, but then you would probably have to hire people and have a “staff” and a “payroll”…etc. Then it would be just like going to work everyday…yuck.

/runs off to check out the smarter dofollow plugin…

Thanks for the Blog About Your Blog link, Mike! Glad you found it useful enough to recommend it to your readers. Cheers! Gummy is fantastic.. :-)

@Danielle: Youuu’re welcome. I really think I could reserve a spot for you each week in my link love posts..hehe. Maybe I could just do a weekly recap of Pink Internet Marketing ;P

@Bucky: You’re welcome, buddy :) I was surprised to see how many PR10 sites there are considering how ridiculously hard it is to achieve that ranking. You could probably retire on ad revenue with a ranking like that ;P

@K-IntheHoust: You’re welcome! And thank you :) BTW, we haven’t forgotten your ten questions on the BlogsWeLuv site. I’ll actually probably putting yours up next :)

Wow.. I almost forgot about it too.. :-) It’ll be interesting to see how humble or braggy I was feeling when I wrote it. LOL
