A little link love – Week 34

This past week I’ve been obsessed with the game of Grifball, after recently joining a team and league. It’s a ton of fun, but it’s certainly easy to lose track of time while playing. I figure it’s about time I take a little break from that and do some catching up here. What better way to do that than to throw around some link love? So let’s have it! Here’s a handful of links for you to exercise your clicking fingers on.
- Shylock Adsense Plugin – Hack To Avoid Adsense Smart Pricing – Stephen Cronin put together this great tutorial for WordPress users who make use of the Shylock plugin for inserting their adsense ads. The goal is to show ads only to visitors from search engines thus allowing you to avoid smart pricing from Google Adsense. I’ve been using his tips for a little while now and I’m beginning to see positive results.
- Capes and Codpieces – I’ll admit it. I often love to watch really bad movies for no other reason than they’re usually good for a ton of laughs. Katy claims to have found the worst 70s movie ever. After watching the Youtube clip, it would be hard to disagree with her. This is definitely going into my Netflix queue.
- Funny Signs – I always enjoy these. Lis posted up some great photos of signs with messages sure to make you giggle. Apparently Spongebob moonlights as a manager at Burger King. Who knew?
- WordPress Wednesday – Lorelle over at Blog Herald put together a huge post chock full of WordPress goodies. If you’re planning on making the upgrade to version 2.5 (I know I am) when it’s officially released, Lorelle has gathered a bunch of links that you’ll likely find very handy.

Thanks for the link love :)
