My 15 minutes of fame

Back in early June (or maybe it was July) Tish and I were approached by USA Today who were planning to write a story about Glaucoma. Somehow they found out we’d be blogging for the Glaucoma Foundation during the Blogathon and asked to interview us for their story. Our hope was that the story would be released before the Blogathon and help us receive more pledges. Alas the story did not run before the Blogathon. We were pretty bummed about that.

Many weeks went by and still no story. FINALLY, several months later USA Today has published the story. Behold my 15 minutes of fame.

I feel like Elvis or something. Sort of.

That’s awesome Mike. Congrats!!! :) Looks like they also need to write an article on link love and learn how important it is.:P

Anyway, that’s so cool. Plus they mentioned BlogsWeLuv! Bonus! :)

Btw, feel like singing a few songs for us? Or does feeling like Elvis not include being able to sing like Elvis. :P

    Aaron

Congratulations on having it published :) I had my two minutes of fame during the first (and so far, only) concert I ever went to, when my face was up on the big screen for a whole two minutes and I got to be watched by a crowd of thousands! Talk about exciting :D

It’s a very nice article, by the way.
