I’ve just finished listening to a cover of King Diamond’s “At the Graves” by the band Pagan’s Mind. Just incredible. If you’ve heard King Diamond you know King has some of the most unique and complex vocals you could ever imagine. Extremely high sometimes, low and demonic other times. Well the vocalist for Pagan’s Mind pulled them off perfectly…and that could be an understatement. It might as well just be King singing because I can’t tell the difference. Amazing. I’m floored.
So I stumbled onto a plugin for Firefox called “Performancing”. It’s a blog editor that allows you to make posts to your blogs. In my case I use WordPress and with this plugin I don’t have to login to my WP dashboard if I don’t want to. Just execute the firefox plugin, make my post and publish it. At least I’m hoping it’s that easy. I guess I’ll know after I make this post. Here goes nothin’. I hope I don’t break anything.
I finished in 9th place in another tournament last night. It was a field of 1242 players this time. It’s so deflating to get that far and then get knocked out shy of the real money. Again I had the better hand until the freakin’ flop. My pocket eights got beat by pocket sevens.
I’m getting there though. Two final tables in consecutive nights is nice progress.
