Help make a sick little boy’s wish come true.

If you hadn’t heard about Shane Bernier yet and his simple wish for his birthday on May 30, 2007, I’m happy to say it’s still not too late to get involved and help make that wish come true. All Shane wants for his birthday is birthday cards. A LOT of cards. Shane would like to set a world record by receiving the most birthday cards. As of February the estimate is that Shane has received a few thousand cards. He has a long way to go to reach his goal, but perhaps with your help he can make it happen. Watch the video below to learn more about Shane, and then head over here to learn where to send your cards.

I just was thinking about the boy who wanted birthday cards and wish to check on how Shane is faring. My card is a personalized one of a kind card that I made specifically for him and it included a special prayer for a miracle. I make all my own cards and all the poetry is my own. This is my hobby and possibly my calling. I do receive a blessing from God for allowing me this most pleasurable activity.
My prayers and best wishes to Shane
