Woohoo! Number one on Technorati!
Well here’s one that ought to drive the ultra-competitive Christy bonkers. It seems there’s a bit of a glitch right now on Technorati. Earlier today I stood just outside the Top 5k with a rank of about 5,600, now suddenly I’ve vaulted all the way into the Top100 sitting in the very first spot! ;) Don’t believe me? See for yourself!
Anyone else seeing this glitch today? Perhaps Christy is number one right now as well ;D

Btw, thanks for the tips re: “related posts”. I couldn’t get the software you used to work, but I found another one that gave me tagging too which is perfect (and one lead from the other, of course).

Very funny Mike! Of course I’ve already investigated this situation, lol. I actually think this is a fun glitch for everyone, it’s the first glitch that’s actually making everyone happier!
I came by to thank you for that Sponsored Reviews advice you gave everyone. They just updated me today to four check marks which I’m sure will make somewhat of a difference. I never would have thought of it myself. A million thank you’s!

You’ll be pleased to know that it’s not a glitch. I called them last night to let them know a plush toy Gummy was on its way to their front door. The ranking they gave you was their way of saying they appreciate it. :P

@Linda: What trouble did ya have with the plugin? It takes a little bit of playing around with, but once you do get it working it’s great :)

This is probably the only way that my rank is ever gonna move up. SO I’LL TAKE IT!
I got a database error when I installed the code. It said that a certain database field didn’t exist. I did wonder whether this were something that changed in the latest and greatest Wordpress. Either way, the other one works very nicely too and gives me a new thing to obsess about–whether to use tags or categories, and how to use each one. :-P
