What motivates you?

I’m having one of those days where I just don’t feel like moving. Sure I’m moving my fingers in order to type this blog entry, but that requires such minimal movement that I don’t even really consider it movement at all. I need to finish up an illustration for someone and it seems I’d rather sit here and watch Bill Engvall on Comedy Central. The guy’s hilarious. To anyone who may read this entry I pose a question for you. When you’re having one of those uber lazy days what do you use as motivation to get yourself going? Do you drink 17 cups of coffee? On the other hand what kinds of things easily distract on you those lazy days and hinder you from being productive?

I guess it would probably help if today weren’t Sunday.

I drink 17 cups of coffee everyday. However, when I’m not motivated to do anything, I don’t worry about it. On the other hand, on those rare occasions I am motivated, I call AA, Activity Anonymous, and they send someone over to drink coffee with me until the urge goes away.

I find that just by getting up and moving I feel better. I have had too many of those “unmotivated” days in my life so I figured I should do something about it.
