Why hello blog, how have you been?
As usual it’s been a while since I’ve made a post. Time flies by and before I know it a couple weeks have passed.
During my time away I’ve managed to finally get myself back to sleeping normally, which means falling asleep by midnight and waking up at around 6 or 7 in the morning. I believe it took a small miracle to accomplish this feat. Hopefully I can stick with the routine for a while.
Unless you live under a rock or just plain don’t celebrate it, you’re probably aware that Christmas is on its way. I’ve gotten some shopping out of the way over the past couple weeks. One of the more thoughtful gifts I’ve purchased was for my mother, who has trouble sleeping because of a noisy neighbor. I found these rather cool ear muff thingies on Amazon that do an amazing job of canceling out noise. I tried them on to see how well they work and I was really impressed. I have a very loud computer tower that sits right next to me. There’s about six fans running which makes the thing sound like a jumbo jet idling. With those ear muffs on, I couldn’t hear the computer at all. Amazing.
For those in the U.S. how is your holiday season going so far? Are you finding that you’re spending less this year, thanks to our wonderful economic woes? It seems many department stores are reporting large drops in sales this year.
Long time no see! I’m already done with my Christmas shopping – so now I can just relax ;)

I know how it can be with trying to keep up with your blog. It seems to me that most bloggers blog in bursts – or atleast thats what i do. One month I will crank out 20+ posts while another month I will be lucky to add one. I guess I need to even it out better lol
