Will 300 be as good as its soundtrack?
I’ve been listening to the music from the upcoming movie 300 based on the graphic novel by Frank Miller. If the movie is anywhere near as good as its music it’s going to be fantastic. Tyler Bates has created one hell of a powerful soundtrack. A mixture of the usual classical instruments with progressive metal and world elements is just mesmerizing. It’s extremely early but I’m picking this soundtrack as one of the candidates to win an Oscar next year. I can’t wait to see this movie now. It’s not often I find myself saying that after just hearing the music from a film. Tyler Bates should be extremely proud. He’s created a masterpiece.
